Price based chart

Line break chart: how it works and its 6 looks on WickSpeak

A new block only when a close beats the last block. To turn the other way, price has to break past the last few blocks, so it only changes direction on a real break and ignores the noise. On WickSpeak it comes in 6 looks.

The 6 looks

ClassicNeon glass blocks. A block that turns the trend glows in its new colour so reversals jump out.
Next-break linesDashed lines show the exact prices a close has to beat for the next block up and the next block down.
Block ageEach block is labelled with how long it took to form, so a quick breakout looks different from a slow drift.
Level labelsA block that broke through one of WickSpeak's key levels gets a gold mark on the level it broke, with its price.
Volume fillEach block fills up by how much was traded while it formed. A hollow block was an easy move with little behind it.
Break flashA new block flashes as it appears, so a break never slips past you.

Built from your candles

Line break is a price based chart, so a new bar forms when price or activity covers a set amount, not when the clock ticks. WickSpeak sets that size automatically from how this market usually moves, and you can make it bigger or smaller.

Everything still works on it

Indicators, drawings, key levels and readings line up on every chart style, because they all share the chart's time scale.
